2019 May 17 - Nashville, TN - Today, local artist Jace Everett, singer and songwriter, announced a partnership with HopeSong Inc. to provide a new model of support the non-profit.
The innovative donation program is called TravelingToGive. With each fan that travels to one of Jace’s out of town engagements, a contribution will go to HopeSong. They fight against cancer with the power of music.
Hope Song brings artists and their music directly to patients to uplift the body, mind, and souls of patients and their families while they undergo integrated cancer treatment. Money donated to them goes towards travel expenses for musicians and assisting patients who cannot afford treatment.
Jace is about to embark on a summer tour with US dates in Madison, WI and Nashville, TN. He will then be going to the UK and Norway for an eight city tour. He will finish the summer with a concert in Chicago.
The TravelingToGive tool allows travelers to find hotels nearby the event venue, plus find driving directions and it can also be used to rent a car and book air tickets.
TravelingToGive is a product of Solutionz Innovations, a Tampa-based tech company, who is the smart trip tech leader. Chicke Fitzgerald, the CEO and founder of Solutionz is a family friend and remembers that she gave Jace his first twelve-string guitar when he was in middle school. “I am so proud of what Jace has accomplished and seeing him make giving a priority is so awesome.”
